If her clothes didn’t end up severely stretched out and reeking of wet dog, Sheila Sheepington-Fleecewater would probably have less of a problem with the wolf borrowing them.
………………………………………………..
It’s been a while, so thought it was high time to do an animal idiom.
One uses this saying to describe someone or something that seems to be good but is actually bad. There seems to be a few different ideas about it’s origin, but here is what Wikipedia has to say about it.

J’ai vu tous tes croquis, c’est très plaisant ! Actuellement je fais des essayages comme le loup car je réfléchis à ma valise de voyage !
I saw all your sketches, it is very pleasant! At present I make fittings as the wolf because I think about my suitcase of journey!

Coffee just spurted all over my computer! This is hilarious!!! That’s one miffed mutton. The cloven’toed shoes are precious. And I love how the wolf’s belly hangs over the tu-tu. My friend’s son said that look is called “muffin top!” I guess there are enough gals walking around with that look that they needed a moniker:D

Brilliant—I love the bulge around the middle, I know how that wolf feels sometimes.
I can’t wait until she gets to the shoes…
