Love it!!! it reminds me of some crazy Italian wedding(oh maybe mine to my Italian hubby?? heehee) I love your great sense of humour! And the perspective on this illustration is awesome!! You really capture such perfect expressions in your characters!
That is actually our living room and during certain parts of the year there are definitely conga lines from one part of the house to the next. You can always tell when you hear the Shukka shukka shukka, shukka shukka shukka, then that little ant trombone!
exceptional !!!
I can hear music and rhythm, I love those adorable ants each with a different expression, and the girl shocked expression is sooo funny … the band on the matchbox is a stroke of genius ^__^
Lovely illustration – particularly love the colours…
(And now I’ve learnt a new proverb, thanks! I’ll be trying to drop it into conversations when I can!!)
This has got to be the best one I’ve seen yet! Love, Love, Love the ants on the match box, how cool is that!
The ants are just so cute. Really again great work!
This is the best Ant Conga Party I’ve ever seen. In fact, it’s the ONLY Ant Conga Pary I’ve ever seen. But then, it takes an artist such as yourself to convey it so brilliantly. The colors and the look on the little girl’s face is priceless! I particularly love the band, they are seriously jammin’!

A belated thanks to everyone. This one was fun to do. Lynn, thanks. I sometimes think I might crop it and make the matchbox band more of the focus.
