Also, wanted to dip back into the Illustration Friday fun. So, as usual I stretched this post to fit the theme “Wax“. That’s just how I roll, so just mind your own beezle wax. Get it… beezle wax… never mind.

Lookit!
I managed to sketch yet again!
Trying to recapture some of the fun I had with SkADaMo 2014 when i was doing animal combinations. I’m not sure what was more fun drawing them or coming up with the wacky names.
I was inspired one day, while wasting time on the interwebs and stumbled upon “Meowls” and “Dirds.” Seems like animal combos are definitely a thing.
So… jumped on the bandwagon.

In 2014 I had a blast doing fictitious animal hybrids. You can take a look here, if you’d like. I was inspired by the MEOWLS and DIRDS I stumbled upon on the interwebs.
So, any who, giving it another go in an attempt to recapture some of the giddy joy it gave me a few years ago.
